Welcome to Classy Games

Hello everyone. I am Jamie. The Administrator and creator of the Classy Games Forum [CGF] and Classy Games Dev Team [CGDT]. I am a game developer who specialises in programming [Unity, C#]. I set up the CGDT to help all roles within game development to connect with each other, share their knowledge and work together on awesome projects. No matter what involvement in game development you have or desire you are welcome here. As well as your specific field we also encourage both experienced veterans and new developers to get involved and share their knowledge as well as learn something new.
The community was originally set up on Discord. We grew rapidly and had such a wide variety of people join the community. We decided to move over to a forum to make things more organised and easier to navigate. We still have the Discord but it's mostly used for events.
Anyway a little more about me.
I mainly focus on programming but i also enjoy every aspect of game development. That doesn't necessary mean im good at it. I also try and encourage others to contribute some work to my projects as it allows others to get their name out there. A few games i have created are Portal Run, Blast Bang Boom and Frantic. Nothing major yet, just some indie games. That being said i have however worked alongside some other game companies this includes Guerrilla Games, Antimater Games [Mod Team],WhitePot Studios, Trapdoor Games, Hot Cross Games, Outsider Games, Pop Leaf and a few more indie teams around the country.
Some of my favourite games are: Halo 3, LOTR, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash, Banished, Worms WMD, LoL, PUBG, Total War and many more.
As well as game development i have other interests and hobbies. They include Astronomy, Ancient History, Virology, Aquatics, Botany, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Canoeing and pretty much every outdoor adventure activity.
