A new webgl build has been uploaded to https://matita.gitlab.io/space-rts/

Changelog
- ui sounds and background soundtrack of the temporary sounds provided by VRMLN
- structures can now be built only on specific slot types

Next steps
- some structure will be allowed to be built only if other structures are already built (e.g. Atmosphere structures can be built only if Launch station is already built)
- start menu, with possibility to start game, change fx volume, change music volume
- in-game menu: pause game, change fx volume, change music volume, return to game, return to start menu
